The DIGIBINDER is entirely self-adjusting, featuring a pneumatic clamp and nipper that adapt automatically, requiring no manual intervention. Whether binding a thin booklet or a thick volume, the machine effortlessly adjusts to accommodate books from two sheets up to two inches thick. The included compressor ensures smooth operation.

A key feature is the unique, heavy-duty roughing blade, designed to handle a variety of paper types, including offset, coated, and stock printed with oil- or wax-based inks. Twin glue rollers ensure consistent glue application, with an additional metering roller for smooth and even distribution. The machine also applies side gluing for hinge covers and creates a light hinge effect due to the adjustable nipper pressure, delivering perfectly square-backed books or pads.
