The D80 cutter is designed for single-shift operations and features a precise, hydraulically powered swing cut. The duration of the knife's stay at the lower dead point can be adjusted to suit the material being cut. Its ultra-smooth stainless-steel table, equipped with air jets, ensures easy handling of materials. The clamping pressure can be continuously adjusted to fit different materials using a scaled rotary knob, offering a wide range of settings. Bright LEDs clearly mark the cutting line for the operator’s convenience.

The machine is operated through an ergonomically positioned control panel featuring a 5.5" monochrome display and a membrane keypad. Up to 198 programs can be stored and modified for recurring cutting sequences. Cutting programs can be created either manually or through an intuitive, menu-driven block programming system. Additionally, the pre-clamping time can be tailored to optimize cutting quality based on the material.
